I've been a member of FCFI since 1996. In the Spring of 2002 Gay Reynolds, FCFI Director and I spoke about my becoming FCFI Director for Alaska. I was humbled and honored.
I was in the United States Air Force for 20 years, spending 14 of those years in the Fire Protection career field, working in fire departments in Alaska (Galena Airprt, King Salmon Airport, and Eielson AFB) RAF Upper Heyford, United Kingdom, Eglin Air force Base, Florida, and San Vito Dei Normanni, Italy). I've also been a volunteer firefighter for the North Bay VFD in Niceville, Florida and served for three years as a Fire Department Chaplain here in North Pole.
Since retiring from the Air Force I have worked in full time missions work at KJNP (King Jesus North Pole) working in TV and Radio production. My wife Janice, daughter Anna and I reside in North Pole, Alaska.
I truly consider it an honor to serve you, the firefighters of Alaska. Please, If I can do ANYTHING to help let me know. May God truly strengthen and bless you all.
